    Journey of the Mind

    Campbell House Museum — Scarborough Gurdwara

    Dedicated buses will run between the sculpture at the Gursikh Sabha Gurdwara and the Sikh exhibition Journey of the Mind at Campbell House Museum (downtown). The sangat of without SHAPE without FORM team members are on hand at both sites for education and engagement.

    The funded, self-organized bus journey features immersive audio storytelling rooted in Sikh histories of courage and resilience. An accompanying activity zine will invite visitors to explore mind wellbeing through reflective tools and creative prompts.

    A Grounding: A Deathless Potential In Remembrance By You

    Scarborough Gurdwara · 905 Middlefield Rd, Scarborough, ON M1V 4X

    1. Ongoing Simran program, from without SHAPE without FORM sevadars.
    2. Buses depart from the U of T downtown for the Scarborough Gurdwara.
    3. Buses arrive at Scarborough Gurdwara.
    4. Discussion & Sound — Bhai Harpal Singh (Fateh Ghar Sahib); Dhadi Jatha (Musicians); Ranbir Perhar (in English/Punjabi).
    5. Langar is served.
    6. Gather around the monument and activate the sculpture with Nep Sidhu and Sangat.
    7. Buses depart from the Gurdwara for the University of Toronto.
    8. Arrival back at U of T.
